Proof & Wood Tumblin Dice Bourbon (750ml)

Tumblin' Dice Bourbon comes from Proof & Wood Ventures, the independent whiskey company founded by Dave Schmier. The brand focuses on carefully selected barrels of sourced American whiskey, with Tumblin' Dice highlighting bourbon made from a high-rye mash bill. The combination of corn sweetness and rye spice gives it a classic bourbon profile with a little extra kick, making it an appealing choice for drinkers who enjoy richer, spicier Kentucky-style bourbons.

Made from a mash bill of 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley, this straight bourbon is distilled at MGP in Indiana and aged for at least four years in new, charred oak barrels. Bottled at 100 proof without chill filtration, it offers notes of vanilla, toasted oak, mint, and dried fruit, with a touch of leather and rye spice. The finish is warming, with lingering oak and spice. It's a versatile bourbon that works equally well for sipping neat or mixing into an Old Fashioned.
