Daniel Bouland Les Delys 1926 Vieilles Vignes Morgon 2023 (750ml)

Daniel Bouland is a respected producer in Beaujolais, known for his traditionally made, old-vine Gamay wines that capture the distinctive character of Morgon's varied terroirs. His Les Delys 1926 Vieilles Vignes comes from exceptionally old vines planted in 1926 in the Les Delys lieu-dit, giving the wine remarkable concentration and depth.

The 2023 vintage is made from 100% Gamay and offers aromas of dark cherries, blackberries, violets, and earthy spice. The palate is concentrated yet beautifully balanced, with ripe red and black fruit, fine-grained tannins, lively acidity, and a long, mineral-driven finish. A structured, age-worthy expression of Morgon that pairs beautifully with roasted poultry, pork, charcuterie, and mushroom dishes.
