Rest & Be Thankful Long Pond LSO 23 Year is a single-cask Jamaican rum sourced from the historic Long Pond Distillery, one of Jamaica's longstanding producers of traditional pot still rum. Selected and bottled by independent bottler Rest & Be Thankful, this expression showcases the distinctive character of long-aged Jamaican rum, with its combination of tropical fruit, oak influence, and aromatic complexity.

The LSO marque identifies a particular style of rum produced at Long Pond, reflecting the distillery's traditional approach to fermentation and distillation. After 23 years of maturation, the rum develops a complex profile of ripe tropical fruit, dried banana, pineapple, toasted oak, and warm baking spices. Notes of citrus peel, vanilla, and subtle earthy undertones add depth, while the extended aging contributes a rich texture and a long, warming finish.
