ikka Coffey Gin is a distinctive Japanese gin produced at the Miyagikyo Distillery using Nikka's renowned Coffey stills. Built on a corn- and barley-based distillate, it combines traditional gin botanicals with an array of Japanese citrus and regional ingredients, creating a spirit that is both vibrant and remarkably smooth.

Juniper provides the foundation, while yuzu, kabosu, amanatsu, and shequasar citrus bring bright, layered aromatics. Apple, sansho pepper, and subtle herbal botanicals add complexity, resulting in notes of fresh citrus zest, green apple, white pepper, and delicate spice. The Coffey still distillation lends a silky texture and rich mouthfeel that distinguish it from more classically dry styles.
