La Cigarrera Manzanilla Sherry (1L)

Produced by Bodegas La Cigarrera in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Spain, this traditional Manzanilla Sherry is made from 100% Palomino grapes and aged under a layer of flor yeast using the solera system. The coastal climate of Sanlúcar plays an important role in its development, contributing to the fresh, delicate character that distinguishes Manzanilla from other styles of Fino Sherry.

Pale straw in color, it offers aromas of green apple, toasted almonds, fresh bread dough, and a subtle saline note. The palate is exceptionally dry, crisp, and refreshing, with flavors of citrus, green olives, and a savory, lightly nutty finish. Excellent served chilled alongside oysters, shrimp, olives, Marcona almonds, and Spanish tapas.
