Redwood Empire Hyperion Whiskey (750ml)

Redwood Empire The Hyperion 2026 Batch 001 marks the inaugural release of a new annual limited-edition whiskey series from the California distillery. Created by Master Distiller Jeff Duckhorn and Master Blender Lauren Patz, this ambitious blend brings together four styles of straight American whiskey: 32% bourbon, 30% rye, 25% wheat whiskey, and 13% Redwood Empire-distilled American single malt. The blend draws from more than ten mash bills, with whiskeys aged between 7 and 14 years and sourced from California, Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee.

Bottled unfiltered at 110 proof (55% ABV), The Hyperion offers aromas of California walnuts and roasted apricots, followed by rich flavors of pomegranate molasses, ripe stone fruit, cream, and warm baking spices. The finish is long and warming, with lingering notes of oak, fruit, and spice.

Named after Hyperion, the tallest known living tree, located in California's Redwood National Park, this release celebrates Redwood Empire's extensive whiskey inventory and approach to blending. Each annual edition will feature a different blend, making Batch 001 a distinctive first release in the series.
