Oddbird Gsm Red Blend Non-Alcoholic (750ml)

This non-alcoholic red from Oddbird is a southern French blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Carignan grown in Saint-Chinian. The hand-harvested grapes are destemmed and fermented in raw concrete tanks with gentle pump-overs, followed by full malolactic fermentation. The wine then spends 12 months aging on its fine lees before undergoing a low-temperature dealcoholization process designed to preserve its aromatic character and structure.

Silky, dry, and structured, the wine shows layers of red berries and blackberries alongside spice, earthy mineral notes, and hints of heather. Fresh acidity and soft tannins provide balance, leading to a dry, savory finish. A compelling alcohol-free red with enough structure and depth to accompany grilled meats, roasted vegetables, charcuterie, and other savory dishes.
