Rolling Fork 15 Year Single Cask Jamaican Rum (750ml)

Rolling Fork’s Lost Cask Collection showcases rare, long-aged single-cask rums sourced from around the world. This 15-year-old expression was distilled in Jamaica using 100% pot still distillation and bottled by Rolling Fork at Starlight Distillery in Borden, Indiana.

Rich and expressive, the profile opens with molasses, delicate floral notes and bright citrus. Vanilla and baking spice develop across the palate alongside more citrus and darker fruit, leading into a long, warming finish.

Cask WPL08-224137 was bottled at 59.8% ABV (119.6 proof). Rolling Fork’s Lost Cask 15 Year Jamaica Rum was named Best Rum at the 2024 John Barleycorn Awards.
