Rolling Fork 14 Year Single Cask Jamaican Rum (750ml)

A powerful expression of long-aged Jamaican rum, this 14-year-old single cask was produced using 100% pot still distillation and aged in a wheated bourbon cask. It was bottled by Rolling Fork at Starlight Distillery in Borden, Indiana at cask strength.

The profile is rich and distinctly tropical, with ripe banana, papaya and charred pineapple complemented by butterscotch and warm baking spice. Savory notes of clove, mint and tobacco provide contrast on the long, dry finish, while the wheated bourbon cask brings another layer of American whiskey character to the rum.

Cask WLR-224145 was bottled at 63% ABV (126 proof).
