Clement Rhum Vsop Agricole (750ml)

Clement VSOP Rhum Agricole is an aged rum from Martinique, produced from fresh-pressed sugarcane juice rather than molasses. Founded in 1887 by Homere Clement, the historic Clement estate has played an important role in the development of Martinique's rhum agricole tradition. The VSOP expression combines the fresh, grassy character of sugarcane with the richness and complexity developed through oak maturation.

Aged for a minimum of four years in a combination of virgin and recharred bourbon barrels, Clement VSOP develops aromas of toasted oak, vanilla, dried fruit, and warm baking spices. On the palate, notes of caramel, cocoa, roasted nuts, and candied citrus peel are balanced by subtle herbal and earthy undertones. The finish is long and warming, with lingering oak, spice, and gentle sweetness.

Clement VSOP is an excellent sipping rhum, enjoyable neat or over a large ice cube. Its balance of fresh sugarcane character and oak influence also makes it a versatile choice for a Rum Old Fashioned or a more complex Mai Tai.
