Oxbow Estate Straight Barrel Aged Rum (750ml)

Oxbow Estate Rum Straight Barrel Aged is a Louisiana-made estate rum produced from sugarcane grown along the Mississippi River delta. Oxbow controls the process from cane cultivation through distillation and aging, a relatively uncommon approach in American rum production. The rum is distilled in small batches from estate-grown molasses and aged for a minimum of two years in new charred American oak barrels before bottling at 95 proof.

The aging brings structure and depth without masking the rum’s natural cane character. Notes of toasted oak, baking spice, caramelized sugar, citrus peel, and dark fruit are balanced by a dry, savory edge that keeps the spirit focused rather than overly sweet. Bottled without additives or sweeteners, this is a bold, full-flavored American rum that works equally well neat, over a large cube, or in spirit-forward cocktails.
