Fred Alkemil Cherry Ratafia is a cherry-based aperitif that brings together ripe fruit character, natural sweetness, and a pleasantly tart finish. Inspired by the European tradition of ratafia, a style of fruit-infused alcoholic beverage, it offers a rich cherry profile that works equally well as an aperitif or an after-dinner pour.

Handcrafted in Friuli, Italy, by Federico "Fred" Cremasco, this liqueur combines fresh Amarena cherry juice with locally sourced Merlot wine, sugar, and alcohol. It is bottled unfiltered to preserve its natural fruit character. The palate is lush and rounded, with notes of macerated cherries, dark chocolate, and a subtle touch of tannin from the wine. Bright acidity keeps the sweetness balanced, making it especially enjoyable served chilled, over ice, or alongside chocolate desserts. It also makes an excellent addition to classic cocktails such as the Singapore Sling and Blood and Sand.
