Distilled at Ardmore Distillery, this whisky highlights a style that sits somewhere between Highland weight and a more restrained, earthy smoke. Ardmore is one of the few Highland distilleries that consistently produces peated whisky, though the smoke here tends to be more subtle and integrated rather than dominant.

Aged for 15 years in a single cask, this bottling offers a more focused and expressive take on the distillery. Bottled at natural cask strength, non-chill filtered, and without added color, it preserves both texture and individuality—no two casks are exactly alike.

The profile balances gentle peat with layered sweetness and structure. Soft smoke weaves through notes of honey, vanilla, and toasted grain, alongside hints of citrus, dried herbs, and light oak spice. There’s a slightly waxy, textured mouthfeel that carries the flavors well, with the peat showing more as a dry, earthy undertone than an overt smokiness. The finish is long and steady, with lingering smoke, malt, and a touch of peppery spice.
