Lalo Tequila Blanco High Proof 2026 (750ml)

LALO High Proof Blanco Tequila is a limited-release expression from Eduardo “Lalo” González, grandson of legendary tequila maker Don Julio González. Produced in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, LALO is dedicated exclusively to blanco tequila, emphasizing traditional production methods and the natural character of Blue Weber agave.

Made with just three ingredients—fully mature Highland agave, deep well water, and Champagne yeast—LALO High Proof is additive-free and twice distilled. The agave is slowly cooked in traditional brick ovens before its juices are extracted using a roller mill and fermented with Champagne yeast.

Rich aromas of roasted agave, fresh herbs, jalapeño, and white pepper lead to a full-bodied palate of cooked agave, earthy minerality, olive brine, and subtle vegetal notes. The finish is long and clean, with lingering agave sweetness, peppery spice, and a touch of salinity. Excellent enjoyed neat or in spirit-forward tequila cocktails.
