Redwood Empire Haystack Needle Single Barrel Bourbon is a limited-release, grain-to-glass straight bourbon whiskey produced by Redwood Empire in Northern California. Part of the distillery's highly allocated single-barrel program, Haystack Needle is designed to showcase individual barrels rather than create a uniform profile from a larger blend.

Redwood Empire distills only a small number of barrels each day, allowing the team to follow each barrel from distillation through maturation. Individual Haystack Needle barrels are selected to highlight the relationship between grain, distillation, oak, and aging, with each bottling offering its own distinct character.

Because Haystack Needle is bottled one barrel at a time, specifications including proof, age, mash bill, and flavor profile can differ between releases. This makes each barrel an individual expression of Redwood Empire's Northern California distilling and maturation program.

Next-Day Delivery
