Dolin Vermouth De Chambery Rouge (750ml)

Dolin Rouge is a traditional Vermouth de Chambéry produced by the historic Dolin house in Savoie, France. Made from white wine infused with a closely guarded blend of 30 to 40 spices and botanicals, it includes coriander, hyssop, rhubarb and curaçao among its known ingredients.

Coppery in color, the Rouge offers an aromatic and layered profile of stewed fruit, prune and walnut alongside herbal notes and Szechuan pepper. Further notes of almond, citrus, pear and cinnamon emerge with touches of gingerbread, tobacco, oregano and hyssop, all balanced by a subtle underlying bitterness. At 16% ABV, it can be served chilled or over ice as an aperitif and is particularly well suited to classic cocktails including the Manhattan and Negroni.
