Redwood Empire Emerald Giant Rye Whiskey (750ml)

Redwood Empire Emerald Giant is a rye whiskey built around a high-rye mash bill of 92% rye, 5% malted barley, and 3% wheat. A blend of whiskeys aged between four and seven years, it showcases the spicy, aromatic character of rye while maintaining a rounded, approachable profile.

The nose leads with rye grain, brown sugar, and cinnamon accented by a subtle touch of pepper. On the palate, pronounced rye spice is balanced by notes of honey and orange peel before developing into pepper and lingering cinnamon on the finish. The result is a lively, spice-driven rye suited to sipping neat as well as classic whiskey cocktails.

Emerald Giant takes its name from the towering coastal redwood of the same name in Redwood National Park, continuing Redwood Empire's practice of naming its whiskeys after notable trees of Northern California.
