El Tesoro Tequila Blanco (750ml)

El Tesoro Blanco is a classic example of traditional highland tequila, made at La Alteña distillery using 100% blue Weber agave grown on estate land in Los Altos de Jalisco. It’s produced with a focus on old-school methods, including slow cooking and tahona stone crushing, which helps preserve the full character of the agave.

Bottled unaged, it’s all about clarity and depth without any oak influence. The nose is expressive, showing cooked agave, citrus, and a distinct mineral edge, along with light herbal notes. On the palate, it’s rich and textured for a blanco, with flavors of roasted agave, lime, pepper, and a subtle earthy quality. There’s a slight oiliness to the mouthfeel that gives it weight, while the finish stays clean, dry, and persistent.
