A sophisticated 0.0% sparkling Blanc de Blancs from French Bloom, Extra Brut is crafted from 100% organic Chardonnay grown in Limoux in France’s Languedoc region. The grapes are harvested early to preserve freshness and natural acidity, while 30% of the Chardonnay wine is aged in oak barrels to build additional depth and structure. Alcohol is gently removed through a three-stage, low-temperature vacuum distillation process, resulting in a completely alcohol-free sparkling wine with zero sugar and no sulfites.

Bright and precise, it opens with delicate white flowers, followed by mineral notes, subtle dried apricot, and vibrant acidity. A refined saline character carries through the crisp, dry finish. With its combination of freshness, structure, and fine complexity, Extra Brut offers an elegant, food-friendly expression of alcohol-free sparkling wine.
