Kastra Elion is a Greek vodka distinguished by an unusual base of hand-harvested Greek olives blended with selected grains. Family-owned and artisan-crafted in Greece, the vodka is made with natural spring water sourced from crystalline rock, drawing inspiration from the Mediterranean heritage of its founders.

Full-bodied and exceptionally smooth in style, Kástra Elión shows subtle notes of ripe olive with peppery undertones and a soft, buttery finish. The producer adds no sugar, sodium or other additives, allowing the character and texture of the spirit to take center stage.

At 40% ABV, Kástra Elión is designed with sipping in mind and can be enjoyed neat, chilled or over ice. Its subtle savory character also makes it particularly well suited to a classic or Dirty Martini.

Next-Day Delivery
