Old Fitzgerald 7 Year Bourbon Bottled in Bond (700ml)

Old Fitzgerald has been associated with wheated bourbon for generations, and the 7 Year Bottled-in-Bond carries that tradition forward with a mashbill of 68% corn, 20% wheat and 12% malted barley. The use of wheat rather than rye as the secondary grain is central to the Old Fitzgerald style.

Aged for seven years in Level 3 charred new American oak barrels and bottled at 100 proof, the bourbon offers notes of graham cracker, honey and light citrus on the nose, followed by fresh bread, brown sugar and baking spices on the palate. Cinnamon, brown sugar and a touch of oak carry through the finish.

We currently have the Spring release available, representing whiskey distilled during the January through June distillation season. Its green neck wrap identifies the season and bottling year, an important detail for a Bottled-in-Bond bourbon, which must be produced during a single distillation season.

Introduced in 2025 as Old Fitzgerald's new signature expression, the 7 Year brings the historic wheated bourbon into the brand's year-round lineup while maintaining the Bottled-in-Bond designation that has long been closely associated with Old Fitzgerald.
