Saigon Baigur Dry Gin (700ml)

Saigon Baigur Dry Gin is a Vietnamese gin produced at District 9 Distilling Company in Ho Chi Minh City. Distilled in small batches, it combines classic gin botanicals with ingredients sourced from across Vietnam, giving the spirit a distinctly Southeast Asian identity.

The botanical recipe includes juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, licorice root, Buddha’s hand, lotus flower, Saigon cinnamon, black cardamom, Phú Quốc pepper, bird’s eye chili, green tea, lemongrass, and several varieties of Vietnamese citrus. The gin is distilled using a combination of direct maceration and vapor infusion to capture the different aromatic qualities of the botanicals.

Bottled at 43% ABV, Saigon Baigur is citrus-forward and aromatic, with juniper and fresh citrus joined by floral notes, warm spice, pepper, and a subtle herbal character. Its combination of Vietnamese citrus and spices makes it well suited to a classic gin and tonic as well as cocktails that allow its botanical profile to remain prominent.
