Sandeman Vintage Port 2016 (750ml)

Sandeman Vintage Port 2016 comes from an exceptional declared Douro vintage, produced from a selection of the house’s finest lots and bottled after a relatively short period of maturation in wood. Built for long-term development in bottle, it combines the concentration of a young Vintage Port with the structure and freshness needed for graceful aging.

Deep and intensely colored, the wine offers layers of blackberry, blackcurrant and ripe plum complemented by floral notes, dark chocolate, spice and hints of licorice. The palate is rich and powerful, with concentrated dark fruit, firm tannins and bright acidity carrying into a long, persistent finish.

While still capable of further development in the cellar, the 2016 can be enjoyed now with proper decanting. Pair it with blue cheese, dark chocolate or other rich desserts, or serve it on its own after dinner.

Next-Day Delivery
