Takatenjin sakes are produced by DOI brewery in Shizuoka prefecture. DOI is an environmentally conscious brewery running on solar power with on-site water treatment and other renewable energy sources. Soul of the Sensei honors the life of a previous Toji (brew master), a pioneer in the Shizuoka-style, a fruity, dry sake with a clean finish. This one has notes of honeydew, green apple, and grapes and pairs well with Tuna Tartare, Goat Cheese, or Grilled Prawns.

Next-Day Delivery
