Wilde Irish Gin (750ml)

Wilde Irish Gin is a small-batch Irish gin distilled in County Cork, Ireland. Founded in 2021 by longtime friends Stuart Hall and Conor Quinn, the brand takes inspiration from Oscar Wilde while building its character around Irish ingredients and a particularly citrus- and floral-driven botanical recipe.

Made from a 100% wheat-based neutral spirit, Wilde uses 11 botanicals: wild mountain purple heather, juniper, whole fresh limes, bitter orange peel, red grapefruit, sweet orange, chamomile flowers, coriander leaf, angelica, orris root and licorice root. The botanicals undergo a 16- to 18-hour cold infusion before a single distillation in a traditional copper pot still. The finished gin is non-chill filtered and contains no added sugar or artificial flavors.

The profile leans bright and aromatic, with bitter orange, lime and grapefruit layered over juniper and pronounced floral notes from heather and chamomile. The palate is rounded and citrusy with a subtle herbal quality, leading into a long, clean finish. At 47% ABV, it has enough intensity for a Martini or Negroni while its citrus and floral character works particularly well in a Gin & Tonic.
