Yuku Savi Agave Spirits Pitzometl (750ml)

Produced in San Luis Atolotitlán, Puebla, this small-production agave spirit is made by Maestro Mezcalero Félix Macedas from Pitzometl (Agave marmorata), an agave associated with the Mixteca region of Puebla and Oaxaca.

Traditional production brings out the distinctive character of this slow-maturing agave. The roasted agave is milled before natural fermentation and twice distilled in copper alembic stills. The resulting spirit combines floral sweetness with an earthy, mineral dimension and considerable depth.

Aromatically expressive, Pitzometl offers notes of flowers, honey and caramel alongside subtle earthiness. The palate is long and persistent, developing layers of ripe fruit, apricot, honey and caramel before a lingering finish. It is a beautifully expressive example of Agave marmorata and the traditional agave distilling culture of Puebla's Mixteca region.
