Niepoort 10 Year Tawny Port (750ml)

Niepoort 10 Year Old Tawny Port is a blend of traditional Douro grape varieties matured in small, old oak casks in the house’s cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia. Extended aging in wood gradually develops the wine’s tawny color and complex oxidative character, while Niepoort’s emphasis on freshness keeps the finished Port lively and balanced.

Amber-tawny in color, it shows aromas of dried apricot, fig and orange peel alongside toasted almond, walnut, caramel and gentle spice. The palate is silky and concentrated, balancing dried fruit and nutty richness with bright acidity. Notes of citrus peel, toffee and seasoned wood carry through the long, elegant finish.

Serve slightly chilled on its own or pair with toasted nuts, aged cheeses, crème brûlée, dried fruit and almond- or caramel-based desserts.
